Nice hotel with reliable wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and excellent luggage storage. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. I'll be back for Easter!

The location was very convenient for exploring downtown Edmonton, making it easy to access local attractions.
The absence of a mini fridge or microwave in the room was disappointing, especially with limited dining options nearby.

The location was fantastic as we took the train to the rodeo each day.
The beds were too hard. Water tempertature while showering was not consistent. Parkade was terrible to get around in and too small for hotel parking/not covered.

The hotel appeared to be straightforward and I liked stuff and location. I had a huge room with exceptionally comfortable bed and cable channels, a coffee machine and a sitting area. The location was easy, relatively close to West Edmonton Mall.

Very well located downtown at a budget rate. More comfortable and equipped than I expected.
I would have liked an $80 room. I just needed a place to sleep overnight.

The room was huge and bright, it had a hairdryer, shower caps and bath sheets. We appreciated it and will be back.
-
missingWrote a review on 23 Octbreakfast optionsreliable wi-fidated decor
Decent breakfast options available at the adjoining grill, with some variety for early risers. Free Wi-Fi offered reliable access.
Dated decor and furniture noticeably impact the overall vibe. The ceiling showed signs of neglect possibly from plumbing leaks. The fitness center only featured four cardio machines, cramped into a tiny space that felt mad really like an afterthought. Tiny TVs in the room felt inadequate for the star rating. Even though parking was listed as free, the $10/day fee should have been more transparent, causing frustration after arrival.
